Smoke House Event

On Saturday October 10th, we will once again host our very successful Smokehouse Demonstration and Tasting. Smoke-master Jim Barnett, a Clinton resident and retired Director of Yale Law School Dining, will again be lighting the fire in our historical stone smokehouse. This will be the 6th year Jim will be presenting the Smokehouse Event at the Clinton Historical Society.

  • Smoked BBQ St. Louis Ribs

  • Smoked Swordfish Kabobs

  • Acorn Squash with Walnuts and Dried Cranberries

  • Potato Salad with House Smoked Bacon

  • Baby Greens Salad with Scape Vinaigrette

  • Bread and Butter

The ticket price is $25 per person.

At 1:00 p.m., Jim will give a free smokehouse demonstration, which is open to the public. The ticketed tasting event will be plated and served from 4:00–6:00 p.m.

You are welcome to bring your own chairs and enjoy this event as well as our beautiful gardens.
