It’s time for one of our most popular events of the summer — the Smokehouse Demonstration and Tasting! The Demonstration is free and open to the public and begins at 1:00 PM. The Smokehouse Tasting is a ticketed event, held from 4:00-6:00 PM. Menu for the tasting: Chicken Legs, Sausage, Macaroni & Cheese, Vegetables, all prepared in our historic smokehouse by expert chef Jim Barnett. A salad will also be served with the meal, and drinks will be available for a voluntary contribution.

Tickets for the Tasting event are $15 and will be available online beginning June 22.
